Processing Timeline

  1. Ready-to-ship cubic zirconia jewelry: 1–3 business days handling time before dispatch
  2. By-request-only products (lab-grown loose diamonds, bullion gold/silver bars, custom-sized rings): 14-21 business day sourcing & custom production lead time, confirmed via email inquiry prior to reservation
  3. All orders are shipped Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.

Shipping Zones & Delivery

  • Domestic Canada: Standard tracked shipping, expedited rush shipping available at checkout for an additional fee
  • International orders: Cross-border duties, GST/HST, import VAT, and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer, not covered by Selena Jewelry & Bullion Inc.
  • Bullion precious metal shipments require signature confirmation upon delivery to prevent loss or theft.

Lost & Damaged Shipment Claims

Claims for lost, stolen, or transit-damaged packages must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the scheduled delivery date, with full tracking information and photographic proof of outer packaging damage. We will assist with courier insurance claims on the customer’s behalf, but cannot guarantee full reimbursement of lost bullion/jewelry value.

Shipping Exclusions

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by customs holds, courier backlogs, weather disruptions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer during checkout.
