What this warranty covers:
- All factory manufacturing defects including loose zircon stones, cracked solder joints, broken earring posts and ring band fractures.
- One complimentary annual professional stone tightening & jewellery polishing service at our Vancouver studio within the coverage term.
Coverage Term:
- Original manufacturer limited warranty + purchased extension of craft protection from your order date.
- Annual jewelry checkup and cleaning are necessary to maintain the warranty.
- Annual jewelry inspection, stone retightening & professional polishing are included in your plan.
Important Exclusions (Not covered):
- Natural wear & tear, plating tarnish, surface scratches and minor scuffs from daily wear
- Damage caused by impact, dropping, chemical exposure (perfume, lotion, pool / seawater, cleaning agents)
- Jewellery worn during shower, bath, gym or outdoor sports
- Repairs or alterations made by third-party jewellers will void all warranty benefits
How to use your warranty:
After purchase, your warranty will be linked to your original jewellery order number. Simply contact us with your order ID to book an inspection or repair service anytime within valid coverage.
