This extended warranty is exclusively designed for our Premium lab-grown diamonds everyday jewelry collection.
What this warranty covers:
- All factory manufacturing defects including loose zircon stones, cracked solder joints, broken earring posts and ring band fractures.
- One complimentary annual professional stone tightening & jewellery polishing service at our Vancouver studio within the coverage term.
Coverage Term:
- Original five-year manufacturer limited warranty + purchased lifetime warranty, including unlimited professional cleaning, stone tightening & refinishing for the entire lifespan of your jewelry.
- Annual jewelry checkup and cleaning are necessary to maintain the warranty.
- Annual jewelry inspection, stone retightening & professional polishing are included in your plan.
Important Exclusions (Not covered):
- Natural wear & tear, plating tarnish, surface scratches and minor scuffs from daily wear
- Damage caused by impact, dropping, chemical exposure (perfume, lotion, pool / seawater, cleaning agents)
- Jewellery worn during shower, bath, gym or outdoor sports
- Repairs or alterations made by third-party jewellers will void all warranty benefits
